This is Aalam Gul, a Pakistani cobbler in Al Satwa. That's his tiny shop - all of it.
Dedicated to a rather green, ancient, hippy photographer who is also a bit of an 'umble weaver himself, Will Glenn - *EarthHart Will has a thing for shooting people, and he does it like nobody's business! Here's a fine example: Danny the Leather
Really beautiful way you captured the eastern lifestyle, particularly in south Asia where you know, they work hard for their earnings. So if a 'thinker' was to see this photo he can easily capture the 'work principles' of this man. The size of the shop is small, captured beautifully, and the man looks just great sitting looking at the camera.
Secondly, I know that India Pakistan and many surrounding areas have lots of bright and bold colors going on around them.... I LOVE how all of those colors are captured by your camera. Those little accessories are looking beautiful and this picture is really good.
Didn't see a lot of shoes there but overall, this is a really good photo which depicts eastern lifestyle, culture work ethics beautifully. So well done
