Description

According to the souq owner, Mr. Sajjadi, "Evil Eyes", as he calls them, are mixed in with Bukhoor (incense) chips and then burned to ward off, well, the Evil Eye.  
So currently I have no idea what these ladybug/bean like things are really called.
Any further info would be greatly appreciated.
