I see the main compositional idea of this work in diagonal visual link between two objects - sitting man and "Excellence" balloon.
Both that objects are looking different on texture of square windows and perpendicular lines. The man is bright and well -noticeable in dark corner. Balloon is not so visible. May be the good idea is making bright walls of right building little darker.

The man looks relaxed, satisfied by life and calm. And the balloon tells us about the excellence in business, which means concentration, hard work, stress an so on.

I think this photo lets the watcher think for a moment: what is excellence for himself? Relaxed still life or glory and success in work? And for many people balloons means something empty - a big thing filled with nothing. That is the little tip.

But I have to say, all the words said before, came to me after long-watching of this shot. It was not the first impression, it was not red clear and immediate. And I have a feeling that something I have invented by myself.

So vision is 5 - because the moment captured well.
Originality is 4 because the topic is not so original, but composition is.
Technique is 3 - common technique - nothing very special, and no mistakes in it (only brightness can be improved in after processing)
Impact is 3,5 - this is most personal rating - this picture makes me think, but not at once and thoughts do not touch me very deep. It is everyday philosophy.
