This is an utter genius capture. I am guessing that the dude works in the gents salon, may be not? Well, he is positioned perfectly with sign's reference. I like to composition being square and tight around the subject and nicely boxed. I'd give it 9/10. All that is missing is a typist typing by the "typing centre" sign.
